FOUNDATION GOVERNANCE
Derek Montgomery and his wife, Lili, have been Green School Bali parents since 2011.
Derek served in various roles in the School since 2012 including as a Board member and a Trustee; and from June 2019 to August 2020 he served as the School’s interim Managing Director.
Derek is originally from the U.S.A. (South Florida) but a career in international development and international government affairs brought him to Southeast Asia in the late 1990’s and he has lived and worked in Indonesia since 2003.
Prita Suyudi has had a deep interest in the field of law for approximately 25 years. Prita holds degree in law from Gadjah Mada University and notarial law from Indonesia University. And now she is currently undergoing a candidate Doctor program at Gadjah Mada University.
2014, she has performed her activities and role in notarial positions on the island of Bali. She is currently an active member of the International Affairs Division of the Indonesia Notary Association (INI) and the Asian Representative for the International Cooperation Commission of the International Union of Notaries (UINL).
Stephan M. Tanaja is an F&B entrepreneur and consultant passionate about culinary heritage and innovation. He serves as Chairman of Boncafe Group, a leading Surabaya-based food and beverage company with strong regional impact across Eastern Indonesia.
As Chief Strategy Officer of Sarirasa Group, built on a holistic philosophy of culture, culinary excellence, and circularity, Stephan focuses on elevating Indonesian culinary traditions to the global stage while preserving and caring for the environment that sustains them.
He has consulted for over 150 F&B outlets across Indonesia and actively contributes to the industry as a founding committee member of Apkrindo, F&B Mentor at Endeavor Indonesia, and Advisory Board member for the Master of Management program at Petra University, Surabaya.
